Finally, a van-powered machine that can keep up with the heat exchanger slide-in units! HydraMaster engineers have perfected a new water heating system that keeps you in the heat - even when using 2 wands or a high-production tool like an RX-20™.

The SalsaX is the hottest direct-drive machine on the market! Available in either 4.8 or 4.6 models, the new CDS SalsaX produces working temperatures as high as *230°F.

If you've passed up owning a van-powered machine because you wanted the heat of a slide-in, then a SalsaX model is the right unit for you.

Space Savings

The CDS is designed to utilize the space between the driver's and passenger's seat, preserving valuable cargo space. This is made possible by employing a flexible drive shaft system. This drive system, and the positioning of the power pack and recovery tank, creates ideal weight distribution for greater passenger safety, vehicle handling and performance. Utilizing only 14" of space in a standard van, the CDS is a real Space-Saver.

The new 4005X (CDS 4.6) and 4007X (CDS 4.8) Tri-Lobe Blower, developed exclusively for HydraMaster by Tuthill provides increased displacement for high CFM, yet emits less disturbing noise than other blowers in the same category. The 4.8's new, large capacity, 110-gallon recovery tank delivers the convenience of continued, uninterrupted cleaning. A newly designed Easy-Clean Vacuum Filter makes daily maintenance less of a chore. The Easy-Clean, Stainless Steel Lint Basket is less messy.
